These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EMF Detector App. The App offers advanced services. 

By downloading, accessing, or utilizing the App, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are required to discontinue your use of the App immediately.

Please read these Terms carefully. 

Terms of Use for the EMF Detector App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Voice EMF Detector App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or made available within the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

Premium Subscription: 

• Ad-Free Experience: Subscribers will gain unlimited access to the EMF Detector App, including all Premium features, without any advertisements.

• For Non-Subscribers: Non-subscribers may continue to use the application with advertisements; however, access to Premium features will not be available.

Subscription Options:

• Weekly Subscription: This weekly subscription will be automatically renewed every week for unlimited access to all features.

• Monthly Subscription: This monthly subscription will be automatically renewed every month for unlimited access to all features.

• Yearly Subscription: This annual subscription will be automatically renewed every year for unlimited access to all features.

Payment and Renewal Policy:

• Payment will be charged to your Google Account upon purchase confirmation.

• Subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for the subscription renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, specifying the renewal cost.

• Subscription management, including disabling auto-renewal, is available in the user's account settings after purchase. 

• Please note that uninstalling the application will not cancel your active subscription.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription:

1. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.

2. Ensure you are signed into the correct Google Account.

3. Navigate to the Menu and select Subscriptions.

4. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

6. Follow the provided instructions to complete the cancellation process.

4. License and Restrictions

4.1 License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, as intended.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;

• Use the App for unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or systems;

• Use the App to violate others’ rights, including privacy and intellectual property.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including its design, software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to the Company. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By uploading or sharing content (e.g., audio files), you represent that you have the necessary rights and grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display the content solely to provide services.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Collection

The App collects and processes personal data per our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

6.2 Confidentiality and Security

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is entirely secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access unless caused by our negligence.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, such as cloud storage or payment processors. These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not liable for their actions or content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or security concerns. Upon termination, any granted licenses will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified through the App. Continue use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], excluding conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless agreed otherwise.
