1. Introduction
Welcome to Screen Recorder & Video Recorder ("App"), operated by Sonydroids ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
You are responsible for using the App in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the rights of others.
2. About the App
Screen Recorder & Video Recorder provides tools that may allow users to:
Record their device screen

Record supported device audio
Use facecam features where available
Manage screen recordings

Save recordings to the device

3. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Screen Recording Responsibility
The App provides screen recording tools but does not determine whether particular content may legally be recorded.
You are responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or consent to record any content.
For example, you should not use the App to record or distribute copyrighted, confidential, private, or protected content when doing so would violate applicable laws or the rights of another person or organization.
We are not responsible for your misuse of the screen recording functionality.
6. Audio and Microphone Recording
If you use microphone or audio recording features, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding audio recording and consent.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for User Content created, stored, or shared using the App.

8. Storage of Recordings
Recordings and screenshots created using the App may be stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for:

Managing or deleting recordings you no longer need
We are not responsible for the loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or unavailability of recordings stored on your device.
9. Sharing Content

When you share User Content, you are responsible for ensuring that the content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the service through which you share it.
We are not responsible for how third-party applications or platforms handle content after you choose to share it.
10. Permissions

Branding
are owned by or licensed to Sonydroids and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.
14. App Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
Features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available
All features will work on every device
The App will be compatible with every Android version
The App will operate without interruption
Errors or technical issues will always be corrected
Recordings will always be successfully created or saved
15. Updates
We may release updates to improve security, performance, compatibility, functionality, or user experience.
You may need to install updates to continue using certain features.
If you continue using the App after an update, these Terms will continue to apply unless otherwise stated.
16. Prohibited Activities

18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonydroids and its developers, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Loss of recordings
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Device-related issues
Business interruption
Loss resulting from unauthorized access
Loss resulting from third-party services
Consequences of content recorded or shared by you
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sonydroids and its developers, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable laws
Your User Content
Your violation of third-party rights
Your unauthorized recording or distribution of content
20. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary, including if you:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App
Engage in unlawful activities
Attempt to compromise the security of the App
Violate the rights of others
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, will remain applicable.
21. Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and processed.
